Empowering Communities Through Trust, Integrity and Expertise
Jaipur Urban Eye Health project, is being implemented by the Bhoruka Charitable Trust (BCT) with the support of Sightsavers, planned as a pilot in the urban slums of Jaipur city, so as to learn from the experience of working in urban areas of Rajasthan considering the fact that such an intervention has never taken place in this city. The project intends to enhance an accessibility to primary and secondary eye care services to the slum population by increasing the awareness level, capacity building of the health workers and establishing mobile and static primary eye center\'s.
