Earning a reasonable livelihood is key to the dignity of every individual. Possesing a vocation skill empowers an individual to earn himself a dignified life. With this understanding, BCT conducts a number of programs which equip individuals with vocational skills.

This centre was established in July 2007 in partnership with the Aide-et-Action to impart vocational training to youth in Churu district. Under this program young people that havenâ€™t completed their high schoold education are imparted vocational training for a period of three months in trades like, data entry operations, mobile and electrical equipments repair, sales, etc. A number of alumni of this program have succeeded in getting good jobs.
