Gaining experience within the development sector and with Non-Governmental Organizations is a valuable first step for individuals seeking to create a beneficial change in the world. Every year, Bhoruka Charitable Trust draws Interns and Volunteers from within India and around the world to offer insight into the work of the organization. Many are students who have earned or are in the process of earning their Bachelor’s Degrees.
There is work to be done at every level of our organization, and we work at making every internship program a highly personal experience. From teaching English classes at our BRJD Public School to working with us in the Head Office in Jaipur, all options stand open. BCT currently works in four states of India, all ready to take on interns. Internship assignments will vary in terms of content and length according to the availability and interests of the intern, as well as the needs of organisation.
Internship positions are not paid, however Bhoruka Charitable Trust can offer safe and comfortable accommodation and board in a guest house.
Anyone interested in any aspects of our development work are encouraged to apply for an internship. Applications from college-level students and graduates alike will be considered.
